Monster DNA Headphones: Beatweek Best of Show 2013 at CES

Monster changed the game when it comes to larger over-ear headphones, and now it’s looking to do the same with medium sized on-ear headphones with the new DNA. The $199 headphones feature circular ear pads with a curved triangular exterior, which you can customize with various combinations of colors and patterns on the company’s website, hence giving your headphones their own unique DNA. But more importantly, the audio from the DNA headphones is at the top of the range when it comes to headphones at this price point. They sounded great on each of the various genres of music we tested them on at CES. They’re also plenty comfortable.
