Hi, I am in Australia so unfortunately do not get the chance to vote, however, if I did, Ms Bowersox would be getting my vote. She has consistently been good (verging on great), is always in tune and pitch and seem s like a genuinely nice person. I do not feel that she is trying for the sympathy vote - I think she just speaks her mind. Remember, that Crystal has never watched the show in previous seasons, she is not media savvy and she doesn't have a publicist / manager vetting her comments. This is the stupidest article I have ever read, I am disappointed in Beatweek. For starters there aren't little teeny boppers crawling all over Crystals page vowing their love for her like Lees, as if you didn't notice that!! If you spent very much time on Lee's page at all you would notice the fans constantly urging people to suggest the page to their friends because they need to catch up with Crystal, they have been running overtime trying to get him some fans on that page and Crystal is STILL 30,000 fans ahead. YouTube view count may be a reasonable measure of how popular a contestant may be. Season 7 the most popular were David Cook then David Archuleta, Season 8 Adam Lambert then Kris Allen. Crystal needs to win. She is the best singer. We need to make up for the upset last year. Even Adam Lambert wants Crystal to win.

Love you, Lee! People have always tried to trash him but his gaining popularity is undeniable. And I hazard a guess that it's better to be gaining fans and momentum at this point than to have reached your ceiling of support a long time ago.

I just checked facebook Crystal has at least 3 pages. One has 112,325 (musician) likes, one has 4,168 (public figure) and her newly budding fan club has 708 fans

Facebook popularity... you falied to mention that Lee has 30,000 LESS fans than Crystal. Suggesting that Crystal has less popularity is wrong here. Lee may currently have momentum after last weeks over-pimping, but that's understandable.
