Betty White, Jay-Z on the next SNL

Betty White is coming to late night. If this week’s episode of Saturday Night live isn’t doing it for you, the good news is that two very different yet very iconic stars are coming to the show’s next new episode in two weeks: eighty-something acting legend Betty White will be hosting the next episode, while rapper Jay-Z will serve as the next musical guest. In what might end up being the highest-potential SNL episode in years, White has proven herself as a comedienne with her role this past decade in Boston Legal and more recently with her fun Snickers commercial which debuted during the Super Bowl. Meanwhile, Jay-Z is Jay-Z; nothing more need be said. Here’s hoping that the show’s writers figure out a way to put the two of them into a sketch together, as it could be one for the ages come May 8th.
